The Learning Styles Profile (LSP):
The LSP measures an individual's style of learning. Athletes, coaches, and executives who have an understanding of the most preferred mode of learning can better create an environment for optimal perfomance. The LSP has identified 20 characteristics that have clustered into four general factors:
1) TriModal Learning
2) Learning Preferences
3) Learning Agility
4) Optimal Learning Preference
The instrument is oriented toward helping athletes, coaches, exectutives, and sports scientists to identify relevant competitive and learning styles, to better utilize the individual performers's identified strengths, and to find potential solutions in areas needing improvement. The inventories were constructed to ask the questions that would yield accurate feedback and the most valuable insights.
There are no right or wrong answers. The assessment does not test IQ or actual performance ability. Rather, the LSP is designed to identify personal preferences in an effort to increase performance tendencies. The assessment includes a 15+ page report designed to provide a better understanding of your mental skills. In order for us to best assist you, please answer each question honestly.
