The Competitive Style Profile (CSP):
This assessment measures 25 of the essential performance characteristics that contribute to effective performance. The CSP characteristics have been found to cluster forming five general traits:
1) Mental Toughness
2) Concentration
3) Poise
4) Determination
5) Orientation
Performers (athletes/executives/military) who have a solid understanding of their mental skills related to performance will certainly have an edge in their development.
The CSP consists of 100 questions. As you answer each question, the next question will automatically appear. The assessment includes a 15+ page report designed to provide a better understanding of your mental skills.
There are no right or wrong answers. The assessment does not test IQ or actual performance ability. Rather, the CSP is designed to identify personal preferences in an effort to increase performance tendencies. In order for us to best assist you, please answer each question honestly.
